Keven Woodington: If this is not academic in nature, and you are really starting from ground zero, you might want to check out Scratch. It feels more like a video game than a programming language, but you it teaches you valuable OO programming techniques and concepts and gives you solid building blocks.Bear in mind, this is for total newcomers, and if you are in a CS/CE course, this may be too basic for you. If not, and you are just doing this to learn, I think it might be your best bet.The project you mentioned would be a breeze in Scratch....Show more
