Faites rouler vos hanches. Un autre mouvement de base commun de la danse de club est de rouler vos hanches autour de vous. Lorsque vous rebondissez ou bougez votre corps au rythme du rythme, ajoutez un peu d’action de hanche. Bougez vos hanches d’un côté à l’autre en rebondissant ou en les faisant tourner en rond.

Allez avec un groupe d’amis. Habille-toi et va au club avec un groupe d’amis. Cela peut vous aider à vous sentir détendu et moins gêné, ce qui vous aidera à exécuter les mouvements de danse! avec beaucoup plus de confiance.

Faites les deux étapes. Le mouvement de danse de club le plus simple que vous puissiez faire est le pas en deux temps. Faites le step drop. Commencez avec les jambes écartées de la largeur des épaules. Pivotez sur vos pieds, en tournant légèrement votre corps vers un côté. Quand votre corps se met sur le côté, faites une pause et tenez-le. Pendant que vous ê! tes en pause, baissez légèrement l’épaule de votre dos, c! e qui vous fait vous pencher légèrement en arrière. Tout en tombant et en vous penchant, claquez les doigts de la main de ce côté-là. Revenez au centre, puis pivotez dans l’autre sens et faites les mêmes pas avec l’autre bras.

Rebondir au rythme. Si vous n’êtes pas sûr de ce qu’il faut faire sur la piste de danse, il suffit de rebondir sur le rythme. Pour ce faire, fléchissez légèrement les genoux, puis redressez-vous en suivant le rythme. Il peut s’agir d’un mouvement très petit et rapide qui vous donne l’impression de vous balader sur la musique, ou d’un mouvement beaucoup plus grand et prononcé où vous exagérez les virages et les pauses. Essayez de déplacer votre corps d’un côté à l’autre pour ne pas avoir l’air d’une bouée dans l’eau.

Enregistre-toi en train de danser. Si vous êtes extrêmement inquiet de votre apparence, enregistrez-vous en dansant sur de la musique de club pour vous assurer que vos mouvements! ont l’air bien. Corrigez tout ce que vous trouvez étrange dans vos mouvements. Comparez-les aux vidéos que vous voyez en ligne.

Essayez la marche arrière. Une variante de l’étape en deux étapes est le pas en arrière. Commencez par mettre votre jambe droite sur le côté. Au lieu de marcher le pied gauche pour rencontrer le pied droit, tirez-le derrière vous et tapez sur l’orteil du deuxième pied derrière votre talon. Sortez ensuite avec le pied gauche et amenez votre jambe droite derrière lui pour tapoter.

Essaie de tourner en rond. Les mains au-dessus de la tête. Bougez vos bras dans un grand mouvement circulaire dans l’air. Regardez le sol, puis le plafond. Faites une combinaison de tous ces mouvements de la tête pour la garder fluide au fur et à mesure que vous la changez.

Pliez les bras et bougez-les de haut en bas. Si vous ne faites que rebondir sur la musique, essayez de plier les bras à un angle d’environ 45 degrés. En les maintenant à peu près à hauteur de poitrine, déplacez-les vers le haut et vers le bas au rythme de la musique. I also like to use environmentally friendly products so I use all natural detergents. I'm not sure of the name of mine but it has no chemicals in it at all. I use powdered Purex detergent. I get a huge box at Walmart for $2.94!! I thought it was going to be crap at first. I get triple the amount than a ! normal box of Tide. But I tried it & it works better. There ! was always soap residue on our clothes from the Tide but the Purex rinses clean & smells nice too. I get about 100 loads out of the box.
