I've recently been to Africa and there are many sanitaion problems but doctors say that AIDS is the most ardent. Also, dental problems are big, as well as small things like coughs, colds, flu. Medicine is cheap, but the people are so p! oor, that they can't even afford it. Health problems are all over, but there are many especially in western africa, eg.
